Through the continuous refinement of taste, we value both the local fish products, variegated in their quantity of species and quality, and those of the nearby Nebrodi Mountains, capable of giving off aromas and flavors that define our land. Thus the dishes of our cuisine pleasantly surprise the view, the sense of smell and above all the taste.
Sicilian cuisine has always been based on the use of genuine products at 0 km, so that its imprint has allowed our restaurant to offer dishes such as: fennel and sardine pasta, the perfect combination between the taste and the freshness of the sea and intense aromatic scent of the mountains; pistachio paste, Sicilian green gold from Bronte, a town at the foot of Etna; Aeolian pasta and Aeolian swordfish, with the fresh flavor of the sword of our Sicilian seas and the flavor of the original caper of the Aeolian Islands; the typical meat rolls, characterized by its tenderness.
Alongside the restaurant, you will find the Bar, where you can enjoy drinks, ice creams, aperitifs or appetizers on the large veranda, in the gazebo in front surrounded by beautiful olive trees and flowering plants or enjoying the view of the pool.
